By initiating, accepting or participating in any transactions as the role of a seller on the EscrowGames platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand and agreed to be legally bound by all the terms listed under this Seller Agreement.
The Terms are current as of the Effective Date, and subject to change. In the event of a change, we will upload a new version to the Site. You should check the EscrowGames.com website for the latest version of this document (https://escrowgames.com/terms) before entering a new Escrow Transaction.

You are only allowed to list these types of digital merchandise for sale on the EscrowGames platform such as :
You hereby acknowledge and make legal warrant that all digital merchandise made available for sale are wholly owned by you, obtained from a legal source, and are are error free.
The game accounts that you have listed for sale, or included in any EscrowGames transactions must meet the conditions listed as below :
If the game accounts did not met the criteria stated above, EscrowGames reserve the full rights to reject your public listing requests,
You are solely responsible for the availability of the digital merchandise that you have listed for sale, and included in any EscrowGames Transactions. If the digital merchandise is no longer available, you must remove such digital merchandise as soon as possible.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your personal and contact information up-to-date with EscrowGames. We will not be held responsible if you are unable to receive any notifications, and follow-ups about ongoing escrow transactions due to outdated contact information.
You are given 48 hours to respond to a transaction request send by EscrowGames. You can choose to accept or reject such transaction requests which was initiated by third party. If you do not respond within 48 hours, such transaction requests will be cancelled automatically. If you do not respond to the transaction requests more than 12 times in a single month, your EscrowGames account will be temporary disabled for 1 month. While your EscrowGames account is disabled, all your active listing will be temporary hidden and you may not be able to initiate, or accept any transactions. Repeating offence will result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless EscrowGames, and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives against all damages, claims, liabilities, losses and other expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, whether or not a lawsuit or other proceeding is filed, that arise directly or indirectly from you or your End Users’ acts or omissions.
You are strictly prohibited from taking back any ownerships of the game accounts which have been successfully conducted, and sold to third-party via EscrowGames platform. If solid proofs are being provided by any third parties which proves that you have taken back the account ownerships, legal actions will be taken against you by the relevant third-party and EscrowGames.
Within 14 Days Time Frame The full payment will be refunded to the buyer, and your EscrowGames account will be permanently terminated.
After 14 Days Time FrameAll proofs will be fully provided to the buyer, and legal actions might be taken against you by the buyer. Your EscrowGames account will be permanently terminated.
It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the digital merchandise which are to be sold to the buyer is correct, and as described.
At EscrowGames, there are two types of fees which are Success Fees and Disbursement Fees.

Example 1$150.00 - $15.00 (Success Fee) = $135.00 - $20.00 (Disbursement Fee) = $115.00 to be received

The payout time frame for digital merchandise sold on EscrowGames platform will be released by EscrowGames automatically after 1 business days upon transaction completion and confirmation.
The payout time frame for game accounts sold on EscrowGames platform will be released by EscrowGames automatically after 14 days upon transaction completion and confirmation.
These Buyer Terms apply to you if you are a role of a buyer.
As a seller, you are given 48 hours to respond to any disputes that are being notified to you by providing supporting documents and evidences.
As a seller, you are given 72 hours to respond to any disputes that are being notified to you
You agreed to respect and accept the final decision made by EscrowGames on any disputes without affecting your rights as a consumer.
As a seller, you understand that by listing any digital merchandise and game account for sale and to trade with any third parties on EscrowGames platform, which are licensed under their respective game developers, and game publishers contain risks beyond EscrowGames control. The action of exchanging, or selling in-game digital merchandises and game accounts for money with third parties will violates the terms of the respective game developers and game publishers. Hence the risks of getting your in-game digital merchandises, game characters or game accounts being taken action against by the respective officials will always exist.
Since the final decision making and control are not within EscrowGames's capability, it is best for you to work with the respective game developers, or game publishers by contacting them directly at the contact methods made available by them on their official websites. EscrowGames shall not be held responsible for the final decision made by the respective officials.
YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREED THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WELL INFORMED ABOUT ALL THE IRREVERSIBLE POSSIBLE RISKS STATED ABOVE, AND ARE WILLINGLY TO BEAR ALL THE RISKS BY YOURSELF AS SUCH SELLING ACTION WAS OF YOUR OWN VOLITION. YOU AGREED TO HOLD ESCROWGAMES FREE FROM ANY ARISING CLAIMS, COMPENSATIONS, OR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES FROM SUCH RISKS.
IN ANY EVENT IF ANY DIGITAL MERCHANDISES AND GAME ACCOUNTS THAT YOU HAVE SOLD USING ESCROWGAMES WAS LATER PROVEN BY THIRD-PARTY TO BE ILLEGALLY, FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE LEGAL ACTIONS THAT MIGHT BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU BY THE THIRD PARTY.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREED THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL ESCROWGAMES BE LEGALLY LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE DAMAGE, OR LOSS CAUSED BY UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS, AND POSSIBLE ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST YOU DUE TO VIOLATIONS OF TERMS BY THE RESPECTIVE GAME DEVELOPERS AND GAME PUBLISHERS.
